GBJ3510 rectifier bridge rectifier for Whatsminer P21 power supply
The GBJ3510 is the 35A 1000V full-wave rectifier bridge at the input of the Whatsminer P21 power supply. It provides rectified DC power to the PFC high-voltage MOSFETs and SiC freewheeling diodes, serving as the core pre-power supply device for the PFC boost circuit and the subsequent 12V output. A failure of this rectifier bridge can cause random fluctuations in the miner's hashrate, frequent high-temperature throttling under full load, immediate triggering of the overcurrent protection lockup upon power-up, no 380V high-voltage bus and 12V hashrate output, and the miner becoming completely unable to boot.
Constantly operating the P21 power supply under 24/7 high-dust, enclosed, full-load mining conditions will exacerbate the thermal aging and loss of this high-power rectifier bridge. During repair and replacement, the input fuse, filter capacitors, PFC power transistors, and freewheeling SiC diodes must be checked simultaneously. Replacing only the rectifier bridge can easily lead to secondary component failure, causing prolonged mining shutdowns and reduced production.
