TPHR8504PL 8-Pin SOP MOSFETs Silicon N-channel MOS, suitable for high-efficiency DC-DC converters and switching voltage regulators.
The TPHR8504PL 40V 150A is an N-channel MOSFET used in the secondary synchronous rectification of the Antminer APW3 power supply LLC. Multiple parallel connections are used to handle high-current 12V rectification and regulation, and to carry full-load main power output. It effectively solves faults such as rectifier short circuit causing fuse blowout, no main output, voltage drop under load, hiccups and restarts, and attenuation of hashrate under full load. By replacing faulty components, it restores secondary synchronous rectification and sufficient 12V high-power output, avoiding large-scale burnout of the rectifier circuit and reducing mining machine downtime losses and repair rates.
