Twitter CEO: plans to create a decentralized exchange for Bitcoin

According to reports, Twitter and Square CEO Jack Dorsey disclosed a "pending" project plan last month. He said that the project would focus on developing an open-source financial service platform for Bitcoin. According to CashApp executives Mike Brock and Dorsey in charge of the project, the project has a more precise roadmap to create a decentralized exchange. Brock pointed out that the exact design principles of the platform have not yet been entirely determined and emphasized that Rootstock, the Bitcoin sidechain that supports smart contracts, is a potential choice.
