Mining company Griid Infrastructure will merge with Adit EdTech to be listed on the NYSE

According to reports, Griid Infrastructure, which owns and operates Bitcoin mining facilities, will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange through a merger with Adit EdTech Acquisition Corp. According to Tuesday's announcement, the combined enterprise value of the two companies is $3.3 billion. The newly established entity will operate under "GRIID Infrastructure Corporation" and be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "GRDI."
