According to news, e-commerce giant Mercado Libre announced on Thursday that it is integrating Paxos' blockchain infrastructure to allow Brazilian users to buy, sell and hold cryptocurrencies. Mercado Libre digital wallet Mercado Pago users will be able to buy and sell BTC, ETH, USDP starting later this month, with a minimum amount of 1 Brazilian real. Paxos will handle encrypted transactions and custody for Mercado Pago users.
