The U.S. state of Georgia is reportedly considering potential tax incentives for cryptocurrency miners operating in the state. It is reported that the Georgia House of Representatives recently submitted Bill 1342, which aims to "exempt the sales or use of electricity used for the commercial mining of digital assets." Previously, on March 3, 2021, the Kentucky House Budget Committee passed a tax relief proposal for crypto miners.
