MetaMask has reportedly integrated with the Brazilian government’s payment system Pix, starting to allow the purchase of cryptocurrencies with Brazilian reals. MetaMask said MetaMask integrates with Pix through payments infrastructure company MoonPay, which charges a commission of about 1% per transaction, plus network fees calculated in real-time. In Brazil, MetaMask currently requires a minimum transaction value of BRL 102, equivalent to $20.
