Synonym launches BTC wallet powered by Slashtags protocol

Bitcoin software company Synonym has reportedly launched Bitkit, a new Bitcoin wallet app with portable network profiles and passwordless network accounts. Bitkit is lightning compatible and utilizes Synonym's Slashtags protocol. Slashtags is a system that uses Bitcoin-encrypted seeds to create portable web profiles (which can be used across multiple platforms), automatic updates of contacts, payment preferences for contacts, and password-less authentication.
