El Salvador's Ministry of Education introduces Bitcoin education to the country's public schools

Exactly two years after establishing Bitcoin as legal tender, El Salvador’s Ministry of Education has launched a pilot program to introduce Bitcoin education into the country’s public schools. The program, launched in partnership with local Bitcoin projects Bitcoin Beach and My First Bitcoin, will teach 150 public school teachers about Bitcoin.
