Kazakhstan reduces taxes on crypto exchanges and mining companies

From January 1, 2024, amendments to Kazakhstan's tax legislation will come into effect. The law aims to reduce the tax burden on cryptocurrency exchanges and mining companies, and digital asset transactions on trading platforms registered in Kazakhstan are exempt from VAT.
