Google lifts the crypto advertising ban, allowing the promotion of cryptocurrency exchange and mining-related products.

Golden Finance reported that Google had updated its list of advertising policies and now allowed advertising includes products and services related to cryptocurrency mining, as well as a cryptocurrency exchange. Only when the advertiser is a licensing provider, products and advertisements comply with local legal requirements and industry standards. The account is certified by Google can relevant cryptocurrency products and services being advertised. In addition, advertisements are not allowed to promote ICOs, the sale of cryptocurrency tokens, or otherwise promote the purchase, sale, or transaction of cryptocurrencies or related products. Currently approved countries or regions include Japan and the United States. Prior to the news in June, Google will update its "financial products and services" policy in August 2021. Starting from August 3, advertisers who provide cryptocurrency exchanges and cryptocurrency wallet services to the United States can advertise such products and services if they meet specific requirements.
