Sphere 3D obtains exclusive rights to Hertford Advisors' crypto mining assets.

According to reports that Sphere 3D, a data management company listed on Nasdaq, has obtained exclusive rights to Hertford Advisors' Bitcoin mining assets. Sphere 3D stated that it has completed the first agreement and purchased 60,000 new Bitcoin mining machines. Delivery will start in November and will take 10 months in total. The contract also includes the purchase of an additional 160,000 miners and a long-term contract to acquire 200,000 square feet of encrypted mining facilities. The company did not disclose the value of the transaction but said that once these two goals are achieved, it will issue 4.5 million shares to Hertford.
