YH-925A/B is a medium-viscosity, two-component addition-type silicone potting compound with stable dielectric insulation properties. It can be cured at room temperature or with heating, with faster curing speeds at higher temperatures. It is commonly used for long-term protection of sensitive circuits or electronic components, providing adequate protection for complex structures and shapes in electronic modules and devices, such as ASIC mining power circuit boards. After potting, it is easy to clean and remove for the repair of electronic components, and a new potting compound can be injected into the repaired areas.

Features:
