1. Comprehensive hash board testing

Supports the full range of hash boards from Whatsminer, Antminer, and Avalon, including Hydro models. It reads data, such as Nonce, chip temperature, and core voltage, from individual ASIC chips and visualizes the chip layout. It accurately pinpoints damaged or anomalous chips with 99.9% precision and supports "real-world mining" mode for operational testing.

2. EEPROM Read / Write / Edit

The device stores up to 32 EEPROM configuration profiles locally, with each slot recording the specific circuit board name and model; you can perform EEPROM read/write operations via a PC or tester, enabling rapid repair of board configuration errors.

3. ASIC miner power supply testing

Supports automatic identification of PSU models for Antminer and Whatsminer units; allows for adjustable output voltage and real-time monitoring of voltage, output current, multi-channel temperatures, fan speeds, all register data, and error codes; supports scheduled burn-in testing to rapidly diagnose hardware faults and protection alerts.

4. Oscilloscope-based fault localization (Avalon-specific)

Uses probes for point-by-point signal testing to quickly pinpoint faults in the signal chain of Avalon hashboards and accurately locate breaks or damage in the chip chain.

Software system requirements:

1. PC: Supports Windows 10 or later; requires installation of the CP2104 serial port driver.

2. Mobile: Android system; requires installing the APK package downloaded from the official website.

3. Account: Enter the machine's UID into the "Check Device" section on the official website to retrieve your username. Once logged in, you will see the system interface and navigation menu options. Entering an incorrect password will trigger security lockout mode.

Usage precautions:

1. HashMonitorMode and ThermalMode require a high-power power supply (12–16V, 50A+) with secure wiring; otherwise, errors in chip temperature or nonce readings may occur, and faulty chips may not be detected.

2. After the PC software connects to the tester, the screen will automatically turn off after 20 seconds to save power; press the Up or Down buttons to wake it up.

3. Always back up the original .bin file before modifying EEPROM data, as the erase operation will wipe all board configurations.

4. Do not disconnect the power or unplug the USB cable during the firmware upgrade process. If the update is interrupted, the tester will remain in bootloader mode; please reconnect the device and run the update again.

5. To test for faults on Avalon hashboards, connect an external oscilloscope probe to the device's BNC interface and check the signal path point by point.

6. Water-cooled (Hydro) hashboards must be tested via the Hydro port; the water-cooling mode is identified by selecting the corresponding number of chips.
