Latest Antminer power cable and ANTPDU Instructions

As the Antminer hash rate increases, the power is also increasing. Especially for the S21 series miner, ordinary PDUs and power cables can no longer support its power. Therefore, it is necessary to use a dedicated plug / socket and special PDU to meet the high power needs of Antminer.

Important tip:

For your safety, please use electronic devices safely. Do not plug or unplug the power cord while it is powered on! If you need to take the miner off the shelf, please turn off the PDU device first before plugging or unplugging the power cable.

I. Antminer special interface & ANTPDU introduction

1. Antminer special interface

a. Antminer P14 special interface (Figure 1-1), adapted to Antminer P13 plug, suitable for S21, S19J XP.

b. Antminer P34 special interface (Figure 1-2), adapted to Antminer P33 plug, for use with T21.

2. Bitmain dedicated ANTPDU PW12V1 PDU

ANTPDU PW12V1 PDU is compatible with single-phase/three-phase power and also supports old models (requires dedicated power cord support). Details are as shown below:

II. Which models have the new interface, and how to select the power cord?

1. The T21 miner use the newly developed P34 special interface (Figure 2-1), corresponding to the P33 plug (Figure 2-2);

The T21 miner comes with one P33-P33 special power cord (Figure 2-3), with a length of 1.2m. Adapted to dedicated ANTPDU PW12V1 PDU (Figure 2-4).

2. Antminer S21 and S19j XP use the P14 special socket (Figure 2-5) and are adapted to the P13 plug (Figure 2-6);

Both Antminer S21 and S19j XP come equipped with a dedicated C20-P13 power cord (Figure 2-7), with a length of 1.2m, adapted to current mainstream C19 interface PDUs (Figure 2-8), allowing for direct use in most old mining farms without the need for modifications.

3. If your mining farm uses the ANTPDU PW12V1 PDU (Figure 2-9), then you will need to use the P33-P13 special power cord (Figure 2-10) for adaptation;

Note: Antminer will be equipped with a C20-P13 power cord by default. You can contact the sales to purchase the P33-P13 dediacted power cable.

4. Antminer S19 series old models use the C14 interface (Figure 2-11) and is adapted to the C13 plug. Please note, that the miner does not equipped with a power cord, you will need to purchase one separately.

This interface is standard and is generally equipped with the national standard PDU in China (Figure 2-12). Power cables generally come with a product suffix (C13) when purchased (Figure 2-13).

Note: The miner has two interfaces, requiring 2 power cords for each miner.

5. If your Antminer uses the ANTPDU PW12V1 PDU (Figure 2-14), you will need to use a dedicated P33-C13 * 2 power cable to adapt it (Figure 2-15).

Note: This cord splits into 2 cables, with a total length of 1.2m, and needs purchasing separately.
