In ASIC miner maintenance and hash board repair, many test fixtures cannot directly read the hash board temperature sensor or the temperature measurement is inaccurate, resulting in low hash board repair efficiency and long troubleshooting time. This has long been a technical bottleneck that has plagued maintenance practitioners.

The B8 B8PRO test fixture features exclusive intelligent temperature measurement logic, accurately reading the temperature sensor faults of all Antminer Whatsminer air-cooled and water-cooled models. It eliminates the need to test each temperature sensor individually, enabling rapid hash board temperature testing and significantly simplifying the repair process.
2. High speed response for quick fault chip location
The B8 B8PRO tester features a fully upgraded high-speed screen, ensuring a smooth and lag-free user interface. Assuming the hash board's RI signal path is normal, shorting the CI/CO/TX/RXD signal directly displays the location of the damaged ASIC chip, quickly completing the initial fault diagnosis and significantly reducing repair testing time.
3. Hash board EEPROM file read/write, supports backup and cloning
The B8 B8PRO test fixture supports fast read/write of hash board EEPROM files, adapting to two core repair scenarios:
① Backing up EEPROM files before repair: Retaining original data before hash board rework prevents data loss due to repair accidents;
② Hash board EEPROM file cloning/matching: If the EEPROM file for one or all hash boards of a miner becomes corrupted or lost, you can read the EEPROM file from a healthy hash board of the same version and write it to the target hash board to ensure proper operation.
4. Integrated fan detection function for quick fan condition assessment
The B8 B8PRO tester can function independently as a fan tester. When connected to a fan and powered by 12V, it provides real-time fan speed readings, allowing for a quick assessment of the fan's condition. The device supports testing for fans with standard 4pin and square 4pin connectors.
5. Quickly assess condition via PSU output voltage testing
The B8 B8PRO test fixtures support testing for Antminer Whatsminer series power supplies. By reading the output voltage, they enable efficient troubleshooting of power supply faults, thereby reducing repair time.
6. Dual mode flexible power supply for portable operation
Traditional test fixtures only support DC power from a socket, while the B8 B8PRO tester supports 5VDC input, compatible with USB power banks. When the workbench lacks a regulated power supply, or in environments far from power outlets, such as mining farm rack aisles, a 5V charger can be used for both fixed workstation and mobile outdoor maintenance operations.
